La Maison de La Choucroute - LE PIC is an Alsatian family business that has been working with cabbage for 5 generations. Today, we process 5,000 tonnes of sauerkraut a year and offer a wide variety of recipes and original packaging: raw sauerkraut, various cooked sauerkraut recipes, sauerkraut confit with spices and sauerkraut recipes. Guided tours for individuals and groups by prior arrangement, subject to availability, Monday to Friday except public holidays.
