Founded in 1947, the Jos Nusbaumer distillery is a key site in the Vallée de Villé. A centre of distilling expertise, it is now able to delight the most loyal fans of classic eaux-de-vie, as well as attracting new enthusiasts of spirits. Its teams specialise in the distillation of eaux-de-vie and the production of fruit and plant liqueurs, as well as new plant-based spirits (French gins & aquavit).
