Christiane Koch Creator Of Hearts
A small village and the gingerbread capital of Alsace, Gertwiller is home to two renowned gingerbread factories: Lips and Fortwenger. Lips is also a Pass'Alsace partner! You'll need to take a short walk to discover Christiane Koch's workshop, in her superb, bright blue, half-timbered Alsatian house. In her house, she lives surrounded by hearts that she makes in all sizes.
