A commented guided tour of Strasbourg with Batorama (slot must be booked in shop or by email)
ToursAre you coming to visit Strasbourg? Then don't forget to select the Batorama option for €5! A guided tour with commentary that will help you discover the history of the city. Reservation required: on site at the shop (opposite the Cathedral) or by mail, as you need to choose a time slot for the boat tour. Do not go directly to the quays!
The shop is located on the Place de la Cathédrale, a few metres from the entrance to the Cathedral.
Most of our cruises depart from Place du Marché aux Poissons, 150m from the cathedral.
BATORAMA, Strasbourg's tour boats, offer a 70 or 45 minute tour of the city all year round. Batorama is the number one tourist activity in the Grand Est region, and allows you to discover the essential sites of the Alsatian capital, in particular the Petite France district, the "Neustadt" or imperial district, as well as the European institutions, on board covered and air-conditioned boats, or uncovered in good weather. The commentary for these tours is provided by individual headphones in twelve languages (French, German, English, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Korean, Chinese and Japanese) and children also have a fun version in four languages (French, German, Italian and English).

You will need to visit the shop during the validity of your Pass'Alsace to validate your slot. You can also book your slot by email to info@batorama.com. You will need to give your Pass'Alsace number, the day and time you wish to visit, your postal address, e-mail address and telephone number.Please do not go directly to the platforms without having chosen your slot!

A subsidiary of the Port of Strasbourg since January 2016, Batorama is: 800,000 passengers/year from all over the world, 11 tour boats, the leading paying tourist activity in the area. Since 1947, the Port of Strasbourg's passenger transport department has been working to introduce partners and industrialists to the new port facilities. Accès à Pieds
Votre point de repère est la cathédrale. Lorsque vous regardez sa façade :
- la boutique Batorama se trouve sur la gauche.
- les embarcadères Batorama se trouvent sur votre droite en descendant soit la rue des Rohan soit la rue du Maroquin.

Sur la ligne 10, aux arrêts Corbeau ou Bateliers.
Sur les lignes 14 et 24, à l’arrêt Ancienne Douane.
Accès en tram
Sur les lignes A et D aux arrêts Porte de l’Hôpital ou Langstross/Grand Rue.
Accès voiture
BATORAMA se trouve dans une zone piétonne. Nous vous conseillons de laisser votre voiture sur un parking-relais Tram en périphérie de la ville de Strasbourg ou dans les parkings Gutenberg ou Austerlitz, à quelques minutes à pied de notre boutique et de nos bateaux.

Mobilité réduite
Batorama s’engage sur réservation préalable, à permettre l’accueil des personnes à mobilité réduite tous les jours lors de ses visites.
La vedette « Gustave Doré » est équipée d’une plateforme élévatrice permettant l’accès aux fauteuils roulants. Elle dispose d’une capacité d’accueil de 3 fauteuils.
Le quai B au niveau du Palais Rohan est équipé d’un ponton permettant de faciliter l’accès des personnes à mobilité réduite.
Sur le site shop.batorama.com, un pictogramme vous informe des prochains départs accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite ainsi que du nombre de places restantes.

Take a boat ride from the heart of the town and let the sparkling waters carry you to the Phare Citadelle bar! From June to September, take advantage of this unique transfer, combining relaxation and contemplation, while sailing along a picturesque waterway! Departure from the Cathedral Pier at 7.15pm every day the Citadelle Lighthouse is open (Wednesday to Sunday). PLEASE NOTE: our boats do not return from Phare Citadelle to the town centre! The audio commentaries on our usual tours will not be broadcast.
